Hot Weather Reminders
Please remind your children to drink lots of water during these very hot days. Wearing a hat and sunscreen is also a must. At lunchtime during the heat and smog advisory days, students will be allowed to enter the school gym to cool down.
Yellow Fish Road Program
Trout Unlimited Canada's Yellow Fish Road Program visited our Grade 7 students today to discuss pollution and our water systems. This nation-wide environmental education initiative aims to raise awareness about pollution entering local waterbodies through storm drains. Keep a look out in our community for yellow painted fish next to storm drains. Thank you to Ruth Morisson and Ms. Moser for organizing.
